
Dear Yee Haw Fest Sponsor and/or Vendor,
Many thanks for your interest in the Granger Elementary PTA Yee Haw Fest. This year, Yee Haw Fest will be October 18th from 4:00-7:00PM. We have also added the option to become a part of our PTA through our community membership.
We have a limited number of spaces available for vendors. Please submit this agreement to reserve a spot. Locations will be assigned on a first come, first served basis on the day of the event, with Sponsors given a free priority booth location.
Vendor space will be 8 x 4 feet
IMPORTANT POLICIES
- Set up begins at 3:00 pm on October 18, 2025
- Set up must be completed by 4:00 pm on October 18, 2025
- Tear down begins at 7:00 pm completed by 8:00 pm on October 18, 2025
- Electrical outlets are not available
- You must provide your own tables
- Please plan to park on the street, parking will not be available in the school driveway
Together, we sponsor many programs and activities for our students, parents, and staff.
